Objectives of this role:
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Ability to handle inquiries and requests from multiple Clients and address their needs
Understanding their unique needs to ensure future timely receipt of payment and proactively addressing any potential issues that may arise
Conduct a thorough review of invoicing and collection
Proactively resolve errors and discrepancies in a timely manner
Conduct Weekly, Bi-weekly and Monthly Calls with clients
Timely Onboarding and meet & greet
Identify upsell, cross-sell for MYVA services and renewal opportunities
Required skills and qualifications :
Work time : 1 P.M. – 5 P.M. EST Monday to Friday
Proven track record and experience in Account Management
Demonstrate independent thinking and problem-solving skills, analyze situations, implement appropriate solutions
Must be driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy
Team player who is willing and able to “roll-up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and deliverables
Initiative and ability to anticipate and address potential issues
Ability to manage multiple clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
