Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our Events Company. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their event requirements, and ensure their needs are effectively communicated and coordinated with our production and creative teams. You will play a crucial role in delivering successful events that exceed client expectations and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

1 Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establishing trust, and understanding their event needs, preferences, and objectives.

2 Client Acquisition: Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching our event services to generate new accounts.

3 Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discussions with clients to identify their event requirements, budget constraints, and desired outcomes.

4 Collaboration with Production and Creatives: Coordinate closely with the production and creative teams to ensure a seamless execution of events, aligning the client’s vision with the event’s logistics and creative elements.

5 Project Planning: Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all client requirements are integrated into the project scope.

6 Negotiation and Proposal: Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating terms and contracts that align with their needs and the company’s capabilities.

7 Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential challenges during the event planning and execution process, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

8 Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by regularly communicating updates, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional event experiences.

9 Account Growth: Foster long-term relationships with clients, focusing on upselling additional services and maintaining a high retention rate.

10 Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

11 Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.
