Job Description

TENXROI CORP and Giraffe Builder is looking for an Account Manager whose main responsibilities are account management, marketing, and sales management, and financial management and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities;

– Build and maintain a collaborative relationship across all service lines and enablement teams within the company to achieve account success
– Deep knowledge of Account management processes and tools
– Manage multiple accounts
– Own and manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
– Identify and cascade of relevant news and thought leadership/ insight to strengthen presence
– Helps in RFP or RFI coordination with account or Pursuits teams Marketing and Sales Management
– Creation and maintenance of Account marketing materials (i.e. team brochure relationship map, or event materials)
– Perform historical/ data analysis to identify account trends on services per request from account teams Financial Management & Reporting
– Reviews the account financials – revenue, sales pipeline and margin and provide awareness to Account leadership on drivers of Account performance
– Monitors the account operational metrics important to the team and work with Account partners or service line leaders on account related issues
– Review billing/ invoice issued and execute debrief on overdue invoices for Global Client Service Partner reporting
– Support special projects as needed that require financial data/analysis
– Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed

Qualifications;

– Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining professional demeanor
– Has own Desktop equipment – Must have 30 mbps of internet connection and a conducive work station at home.
– 3-5 years’ call center operations management experience
– Highly motivated and should be flexible in terms of working in NIGHT shift.
– Leadership experience in Call Center Operations/BPO
– Proven track record of flawless campaign execution
– Positive attitude in internal relationships and client interactions
– Curious mindset with a focus on improvement
– Experience with process enforcement and creation
– Strong organizational and negotiation skills
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
– Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
– Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
