Position Title: Account Manager
Monthly Rate: Starting at $2500 – can go higher depending on experience
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday – Friday
Company Industry: Third-party administration of employee benefits
Work Set Up: Remote

We’re looking for someone who can fully dedicate themselves to this role and not take on additional responsibilities or double jobs. No outsourcing too, please.

Job Overview:
– Seeking an energetic Account Manager with a minimum of 10 years of account management experience.
– The ideal candidate values client satisfaction and excels in communication.
– While expertise in marketing and account management is necessary, industry-specific background isn’t mandatory.
– Core duties include nurturing relationships with insurance brokers and employers, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams for top-tier service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for brokers and employers, ensuring their needs are fully addressed.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client goals are met.
– Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and performance metrics to clients.
– Identify opportunities for additional services to existing clients and ensure timely resolution of client requests.

Candidate Requirements:
– At least 10 years of experience in marketing and account management, with a strong grasp of marketing principles.
– Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Loom, and Zoom.
– Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
– Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
