We are a Marketing Agency for Mortgage Loan Officers helping them get more clients who need loans funded to purchase a home using AI and marketing strategies to do so. Our Goal is to help 100 MLO’s fund over $10,000,000 in loans.

JOB SUMMARY
Account Managers play a vital role in the growth of our organization, they are here to communicate with all clients & they serve as the link between the marketing team and the client.

The Client Success Team works closely with our media buyers to ensure that all assets and resources are put in place with clients when they are onboarded. They will also be tasked with communicating with all clients and developing meaningful relationships by empowering them to become a 7 figure human being & coaching the clients on the best practices to grow their business getting consistent opportunity flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing up to 50 clients, serving as the primary point of contact via email, call, text, and video meetings
Maintaining and building client relationships based on high quality service, expectation setting and coaching
Managing the entire client life cycle, including kick off calls, launch calls, check ins, billing, and offboarding calls
Collecting client feedback and passing it along to the team to drive constant improvement
Coaching the sales team of our clients, making sure they are managing & following up with leads and scheduling & confirming appointments
Working closely with the Fulfillment team

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work during Mountain Standard Time hours (8am – 5pm MST daily)
Previous experience in real estate or mortgage lending is a plus!!!

COMPENSATION

The Lender AI Team decides how much money they make based on the value they provide to the organization meaning there is unlimited earning potential.

Hiring FT only: $1500 USD per month for full time hours
Opportunity for bonuses & incentives which can bring salaries to $60,000+

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
Self-starter — you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
Strong time – management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
Coachable — you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
Proactive — you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
Technology – you must be willing to learn or have a solid understanding of technology & social media marketing
Must have a strong understanding of marketing strategy
