Role Overview
As an Account Specialist, your primary activities are supporting our customers via video and email. Every day you’ll interact with smart business people from all kinds of companies to solve real world business problems.

Responsibilities
Build Strong and positive relationships with clients through emails, text, and calls
Act as a point of contact for assigned customers
Coordinate with other Team Members to ensure consistent quality of service
Perform Client Quick Needs Analysis
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Communicates client needs and demands to the Management
Requirements
Marketing, Sales, or Account Management experience for at least 3 years
Excellent written and verbal communication: clarity, brevity, grammar, articulateness, patience & listening skills
Professionalism: promptness, attention to detail, organization
Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
