Looking to hire a Part Time Account Manager to join the Shoprev team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and serving as a liaison between clients and our internal fulfillment team. This position is about doing whatever it takes to get the job done. We need a communicative and effective Account Manager VA in our team who knows how to:
1. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, goals, and concerns.
2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business interests.
3. Client Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns tailored to their objectives, ensuring alignment with their brand and target audience.
4. Account Management: Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
5. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to implement solutions and mitigate risks.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between clients and internal departments, facilitating communication and coordination to deliver seamless service and results.
7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
8. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell complementary products to existing clients, maximizing revenue and value.
9. Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, seeking feedback and implementing strategies to exceed expectations.
10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details, and generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
