Job Description

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities would include:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives to ensure the delivery of suitable solutions.
Project Management:

Oversee and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to deliver client solutions.
Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to client objectives.
Implement and oversee the execution of these plans.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure client goals are met.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for clients.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Present findings and updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Financial Management:

Manage client budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and present financial forecasts and performance metrics to clients.
Handle invoicing and ensure timely payments.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have.
Proactively identify potential problems and implement solutions.
Mediate conflicts between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Retention and Growth:

Work on strategies to retain existing clients and grow their accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Assist in contract renewals and negotiations.
Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed about project progress and any changes.
Facilitate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients.
Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Understand the competitive landscape to provide clients with strategic advantages.
Leverage market insights to enhance client strategies and campaigns.
These responsibilities ensure that the Account Manager can effectively manage client relationships, deliver successful projects, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
