We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team and help our clients achieve their social media goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager at Socially Polished, you will be a vital link between our agency and our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring that our social media campaigns meet or exceed their expectations. You will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and provide outstanding service to our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations.
2. Account Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients’ objectives, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.
3. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
5. Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
6. Budget Management: Ensure that campaigns are executed within budget and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
7. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to update clients on campaign progress and results.
8. Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and provide effective solutions.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and creatively.
10. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with social media industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a social media or digital marketing agency.
2. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and advertising options.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Conversational English is required.
5. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
6. Proactive problem solver with a client-centric approach.
7. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
8. Understanding of paid social media advertising is a plus.
