Responsibilities and Duties:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive growth opportunities.
Communication Excellence: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns.
Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and proactively work with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of success.
Qualifications:
Client Management Experience: Proven success managing high profile customer relationships, and a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, best practices and tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs and develop solutions.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet client objectives.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Shift
Official work shift 8 am – 5 pm PST
Onboarding 8:30 am – 12:30 pm PST – 2 days
Training 8:30am – 12:30apm PST – 2-6 days
Compensation
USD $650 – $875 per month
