As an Account Manager, you empower organizations to change business processes and achieve their desired outcomes through product adoption. You are a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, developing an intimate understanding of each client’s business objectives and providing both change management and subject matter expertise. Responsibilities:
? Develop an understanding of each customer’s business objectives, craft an expansion strategy, and nurture to success through joint accountability with the client
? Schedule plan, and conduct end-to-end implementation of our solution through phone calls, product training webinars, technical implementation, and consistent follow-up
? Perform periodic business reviews with customers to provide advice, check progress, and manage renewal conversations
? Measure success potential of each customer, convert clients into champions, and provide advocacy opportunities that facilitate referrals
? Collect product feedback from clients, conduct user experience interviews and surveys, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience and inform development priorities
? Recover accounts with limited activity and engage in appropriate nurturing activities
? Proactively study articles, videos, podcasts or books on customer success, Company, and target industries to become a subject matter expert
? Learn to use Company tools to gather information and solve problems
Requirements:
? 1-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a customer success, consulting, change management, technical sales, or training capacity
? Technical aptitude and passion to become a subject matter expert on Company and related domains
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations that explain complex subjects to non-technical end users
? Outstanding task management skills across a varied responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment
? Empathy and a passion for problem solving
? Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
