Our client runs digital marketing for home services. They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join their sales organization. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inbound phone calls and emails, making changes to client websites and advertising portfolios, and assisting with various sales and account management tasks. You will also be involved in client acquisition, and providing exceptional service to higher-value accounts. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
Handle inbound phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
Assist with sales efforts, including lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
Collaborate with the development team to deploy new websites for clients, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
Provide account management support for higher-value accounts, including addressing client concerns, upselling additional services, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date with industry trends and client-specific needs, proactively recommending solutions and strategies to enhance their online presence.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and key metrics to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
At least 3 – 5 years of work experience in account management or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in using google suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.) and a CRM that we’d train them on.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native English proficiency.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Proficiency in handling inbound phone calls and emails, with a focus on providing timely and effective resolutions.
Technical proficiency and ability to navigate various content management systems (CMS) and advertising platforms.
Understanding of website development and online advertising processes, including knowledge of SEO.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
