We are seeking an Account Manager who excels in a dynamic, client-focused environment. This role is pivotal for not only managing client projects but also for enhancing client relationships and ensuring the strategic alignment of their marketing initiatives with our operational execution. You will be at the forefront of translating client needs into actionable strategies, fostering collaboration, and driving the successful outcomes of digital marketing campaigns.

Role Objectives:
– Strategic Client Management: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients, becoming the trusted advisor who understands their business deeply and can anticipate their needs. Your strategic foresight will be crucial in aligning our resources and capabilities with their long-term goals.
– Operational Excellence: Ensure the flawless execution of marketing campaigns including progress reporting and data presentation. Your management skills will guarantee that client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality standards.
– Efficiency and Process Optimization: Streamline both project and account management processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Your innovative approach to process improvement will support our team’s productivity and client satisfaction.
– Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges and bottlenecks in project and account management, devising effective strategies to mitigate risks before they impact the project. Your problem-solving skills will maintain the smooth operation of our client engagements.
Requirements:
– Experience with GHL or similar platforms is highly preferred.
– At least 5 years in project and account management within a digital or marketing agency.
– Solid understanding of project management principles, with expertise in using relevant software and tools.
– Knowledgeable in using Notion, Google Suites, Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Zoom, WhatsApp, or similar software and tools.
– Experience in creating reports, analyzing and presenting data.
– Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, understanding and aligning with their business goals.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective and timely client and team interactions.
– Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
– Strategic and analytical approach, with knowledge of marketing and digital strategies and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to foresee and address potential issues.
– Demonstrate proactive engagement and self-driven behavior. This includes taking initiative to address challenges preemptively and actively seeking opportunities for growth without constant supervision.
– Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to support the accounts.
– Capacity to thrive under pressure and adapt to meet tight deadlines and changing client needs.
