Job title: Account Manager Assistant Coordinator

We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager Assistant Coordinator who can help take our team to the next level. You’ll be reporting directly to our Remote and UK Based Project Managers, working alongside them in supporting the growth, client success, and marketplace teams who are based in the UK and PH.
1. Preparing instructions for launching
(Instruction: Prepares instructions for marketplace properties (brochures, signed contract,
viewing calendar etc)
2. Interacting with vendors through various channels (email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, keys, bookings, rentals, agents’ feedback, updates, viewings updates, rubbish, anything about property etc)
3. Providing information to all agents’ inquiries regarding properties especially information not on key information
4. Providing feedback to vendors (viewings, call-outs, offers, viewing feedback)
5. Drafting instructions with the agreed fees for the vendor’s signature
6. Request an updated invoice for direct mp
7. Compile key information
8. Update Pipedrive instructions
9. Compile instructions on Gdrive
10. Request certificates from the compliance team
11. Sent Thirdfort out to clients, assisted in troubleshooting Thirdfort issues, Ran Thirdfort remote checks when normal checks didn’t work
12. Keeping vendors updated and keeping on track on whatsapp/ email
