Job Scope:
– MUST – fast, responsive to message, responding to clients on and off work hours
– Good people, interpersonal skills, ability to read social situations and context well
– Key Account Management: Oversee and manage key accounts, including Korean companies and others.
– Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and on track with their projects.
– Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of key activities, recommend improvements, and lead reviews of enabler operations and metrics.
– Collaboration: Work with the marketing team, brand teams, finance, and e-commerce team lead to develop and align on- and off-platform marketing activities.
– New Business Development: Identify and onboard new brands to the company.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience, including in e-commerce.
– Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
– Independent, self-motivated, and driven.
– Strong time management and analytical skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
– Willingness to accept various challenges and manage multiple priorities effectively.
– Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
