FLEET Car Rental Marketing is a Full-Service Internet Marketing company based in Canada, that helps local vehicle rental businesses increase their sales, improve customer retention, and enhance their profitability by more effectively marketing online via Search Engine Marketing (SEO, Maps, PPC), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and other online marketing platforms; and by lead nurturing via HighLevel (GHL) workflows.

The job will start at 10 to 15 hours of work per week, and if you are happy with the job and we are happy with you, it could become full-time in the near future.
Note: You can work most of your work hours at your chosen time of the day, but you must be willing to meet with our team once or twice a week between 8am and 10am Eastern Time.

Note: you must have phenomenal English skills (written and spoken) for ease of communication with the team, and for communicating with clients in North American target markets (Canada and USA) in zoom-style virtual meetings.

Job Overview:
As an account manager, you are responsible for managing the relationships with named clients. The bottom-line function of this position is to onboard and retain our customers to ensure the transition of clients from new and uncertain to satisfied to thrilled. You will not be satisfied with your work until the client consistently gives FLEET Car Rental Marketing a 10 out of 10 rating. The “10” will be achieved through the team working together to accomplish this task – and you will be a key part of the team and the process to achieve this goal.

Quantitative & Analytical Skills ??
– Able to use return-on-investment (ROI) and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) as decision-making tools to provide analysis of relevant performance data and determine go-forward action
– Able to use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means, and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy

Technical Skills:
– Proficient with HighLevel (GHL) interface, contact management, workflows and funnels.
– Proficient in use of Google & Microsoft Office applications such as: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Word and Microsoft
– Experienced in the navigation of major internet advertising interfaces, including but not limited to Google, Bing, and Facebook

Job Skills & Responsibilities:
The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including: ??
– Retention of client accounts through assistance of campaign setup by communication and content gathering of client information via video chat and forms, active campaign management, and execution of consistent customer service
– Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics
– Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow-up and communication to increase retention of accounts
– Communication with other team members to help improve client ROI through digital marketing strategies – providing suggestions based on analytical evidence, discussing strategies, and receiving feedback.
– Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance, strategy adjustments and return on investment received
– Reviewing strategy with client and encouraging feedback on business/fleet changes that may affect the ongoing digital marketing strategies.
– Attending team meetings up to twice a week on weekday mornings, between 8am and 10am Eastern Time.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English (Preferred but not required)
– 2+ Years’ Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or related field
