Account Manager (Day Shift)

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Account Managers, focusing on providing unparalleled service and building genuine relationships with our customers. This position is central to our mission of supporting the growth of influencers by engaging with fans directly, managing accounts, and employing effective monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
– Work autonomously and collaboratively to maintain high standards of communication and service.
– Promptly respond to customer messages, questions, and requests.
– Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

– Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
– Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on engaging customer interactions.
– A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Important Shift Information:

– Shift Timing: This role requires availability for a Day Time Shift from 11 AM to 7 PM EST. It is crucial that applicants can commit to these hours before applying.
– Days: The position is available Monday through Sunday, requiring an 8-hour workday commitment.
– Location: Our operations are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Applicants must be able to work within these hours.

Compensation:

– The salary for this position is $672 per month, with weekly payments.
– Payments are processed through Wise.
– Opportunity to earn commission after First Performance Review (Minimum 1 Month Employment)
