iSmart Media is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee our Performance Lead and Agency Retainer clients. This role demands expertise, strong sales acumen, and an in-depth understanding of Go High Level. You’ll need to master the digital agency retainer model, grasp the intricacies of pay-per-lead performance marketing, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the standard sales process for home improvement companies. Position Description Overview:

As an Account Manager at iSmart Media, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and providing value-added solutions. You’ll develop strategic account plans, coordinate projects, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams for successful outcomes. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that add value.
Develop strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Coordinate projects and campaigns, collaborating with internal teams for successful outcomes.
Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
Monitor account budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track performance metrics for maximum ROI.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Resolve project issues and ensure client satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, providing clients with recommendations and best practices.
Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and favorable terms aligned with agency objectives.
Foster long-term client relationships, seek feedback, and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and a positive team environment.
Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within an agency or marketing environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas, updates, and reports clearly and professionally.
Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple client accounts and projects.
Understanding of marketing and advertising principles, and familiarity with various marketing channels and strategies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and project requirements.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
Knowledge of the industry landscape, including trends, competitors, and best practices.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems, project management software, and analytics platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is desirable. Professional certifications in account management or marketing may be advantageous.
