Lead and shape creative projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in close collaboration with the Account Director.
Identify social media trends and opportunities, translating them into actionable creative briefs.
Educate team members on the latest social media platform innovations.
Drive collaboration across departments (Creative, Production, Analytics, Media, Community Management) to ensure a unified approach to client projects.
Support PR efforts with case studies and updates on breaking news.
Develop strategies to maximize client ROI, focusing on community growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Champion social media best practices and innovation within the team.
Maintain accountability for the quality of project delivery and documentation.
