Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for existing agency clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships with them.
2. Understand the clients’ business needs and goals, and proactively suggest solutions and ideas to help them achieve their objectives.
3. Ensure that all client requests for services are within their payment plan, and if not, propose upsell opportunities to the client with the appropriate payment plan.
4. Work closely with internal teams (e.g. project managers, designers, developers) to ensure that client requests are executed effectively and efficiently.
5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure client retention.
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the agency’s services and offerings, and effectively communicate these to clients to drive upsell opportunities.
7. Analyze client data and behavior to identify opportunities for increasing the client’s Lifetime Value (LTV).
8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.

Result:

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing the agency’s existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving upsell opportunities to increase the clients’ LTV. By successfully executing these responsibilities, the Account Manager will contribute to the agency’s overall revenue growth and success.

Requirements:

1. Experience with GHL is highly preferred.
2. Proven work experience of min. 3 years as an account manager, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and web development processes and best practices.
6. Experience with data analysis and the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
7. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and business goals.
