We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, technology sales, and business development. If you are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

DUTIES
– Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
– Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
– Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand market reach
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
– Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential clients and promote our products/services
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in ClickUp or Monday.

SKILLS
– Proven experience in account management, sales, or related fields
– Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive results and meet targets
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
– Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships
– Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and capitalize on business opportunities
