RESPONSIBILITIES | QUALIFICATIONS:
– Assist the company marketing efforts such as but not limited to (Social Media Posting, New Agent Welcome Post, Agent Open House, New Listing and other online marketing).
– Manage Facebook Page and other company channels
– Manage calendar and schedule and other appts
– Follow up and coordination with other company stakeholders
– Accountability partner for the leadership team to make sure that all team members are in lined with the company goals and procedures.
– In depth knowledge on procedures, and CRM systems preferred but not required such as: Seize the Market, KVCORE, Vulcan 7, Florida MLS, Digital Marketing
– Coordination with Managers and agents to close leads and transactions
– High-level organizational skills.

– Have done this type of project in the past.
– Tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
– Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written

REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 2 Years Experience as a Real Estate Appt Setter for recruiting agents or managing buyer and seller leads to convert to appointments.
– Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge and experience with any of the following:
*** Seize the Market CRM
*** Online Dialer (Vulcan 7 or Mojo)
*** MLS
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment

If you have the qualities and abilities required, we would love to hear from you. Compensation will depend on the level of direct Real Estate experience and will be increased once fully trained and proven to be a reliable, long-term teammate.
