Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for providing exceptional customer service but will also be representing our firm when speaking with clients. Therefore, a fluent command of English, a love for finance and accounting, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Representing our firm in all client interactions
• Answering client’s questions related to their tax needs
• Following up on missing information/documents from clients
• Collecting tax documents and information for account preparation
• Answering emails on behalf of our senior accountants
• Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
• Client Follow-up: Ensure client satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement
Qualifications:
• Fluent command of English is essential for representing our firm
• A love for finance and accounting is a must
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer literacy
• Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting industry is an advantage but not mandatory
Training:
A one-month tax training program will be provided. Our team leader will provide in-depth training that will last 4 weeks. A travel to Pirot, Serbia might be requested for training purposes, with all expenses paid.
