Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide regular updates, and be the primary point of contact.
2. **Project Coordination**: Oversee client projects from initiation to completion. Ensure all virtual manufacturing processes meet client specifications and timelines.
3. **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to acquire new business.
4. **Problem Solving**: Address any client concerns or issues promptly and efficiently. Provide solutions that align with both the client’s needs and company policies.
5. **Market Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to the product development team for potential improvements or new offerings.
6. **Feedback Collection**: Regularly collect client feedback on services provided and share insights with the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
– Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and logistics.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time
