Job Description

We are a London-based recruitment advisory firm seeking a proficient and experienced Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and ensure smooth communication between our team and clients. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in understanding our clients’ needs, compiling weekly progress reports, and presenting them to the clients. They will also gather feedback, information, and insights from clients to refine our services. If you are a client-focused professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong, lasting relationships, experience in recruitment, and can work during UK business hours, including dedicating at least 1 hour every workday (Monday to Friday), within a 5-10 hour workweek, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and goals.
Weekly Progress Reports:
Gather data and information on our ongoing work, projects, and results.
Create comprehensive weekly progress reports based on the collected data.
Present these reports to clients during scheduled meetings.
Client Feedback Collection:
Actively solicit feedback from clients about our services and performance.
Identify areas of improvement and opportunities to exceed client expectations.
Client Insights and Recommendations:
Analyze client feedback and data to generate insights.
Offer recommendations for optimizing our services and strategies.
Collaborate with our team to implement suggested improvements.
Status Meetings:
Schedule and lead regular status meetings with clients.
Discuss project updates, successes, and challenges.
Address client inquiries and concerns.
Client Reporting:
Develop and maintain a system for reporting client feedback, preferences, and key information.
Provide regular client reports to our internal team to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in creating and presenting reports.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Experience in recruitment.
Data analysis and interpretation.
Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functionally.
