JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to serve as the primary point of contact for our firm clients. You will maintain and nurture relationships with these firms, ensuring they are updated on the latest opportunities and offerings available from our company. Additionally, you will encourage traders to provide reviews of our products and services, facilitating the dissemination of these reviews on social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with firm clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and objectives.
– Communication: Serve as the main liaison between the firm clients and internal teams. Keep clients updated with their current stand and opportunities.
– Reviews Management: Encourage traders to submit reviews of our products and services. Provide guidance on the review process and ensure timely collection of feedback.
– Social Media Engagement: Coordinate with marketing teams to share positive reviews on social media platforms. Amplify the voice of satisfied traders to attract new clients and enhance brand reputation.
– Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by firm clients promptly and effectively. Work with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
– Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, review submissions, and social media engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
– Trading Experience: Utilize trading experience to understand customer perspectives, industry standards, and market dynamics, enabling more informed decision-making and tailored quality improvement strategies. Ideally this experience is with the propfirm industry.

Qualifications:
– [Preferred Only] Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– [Required] Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
– [Required] Trading experience or familiarity with financial markets.
– B2B Sales experience is preferred.
