We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in pharmacy and healthcare services. Our portfolio includes several notable brands, such as Brello, Woven, Compliant Clients, Southend Pharmacy, and Smithville Pharmacy. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing healthcare provider leads generated from advertising, answering their questions with the goal of getting them to use our pharmacy. Active management of the accounts are expected.
We currently employ more than 10 team members from the Philippines with the majority of them working with us for almost over 2 years. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage sales pipelines in Go High Level (CRM)
Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare provider inquiries and requests.
Monitor and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment and account management is not required but preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Familiarity with below listed platforms is a plus.
Much of this job requires excellent communication skills on video calls and emails, multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to time management, and reliable internet access.
