Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the home improvement sector.
*Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
*Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience.
*Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
*Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
*Continuously learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
*Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients and internal stakeholders on account status and progress.

Requirements:
