About The Role:
As our company is growing quickly, we need your general virtual assistant skills to help support our growth. You’ll join us on the front-lines of customer service support – solving problems through email & live chat. But as an account manager, you’ll also assist our key customers in the sign up process for a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
– Solving problems as a customer service representative via Live Chat & Email
– Assisting key customers in their sign up & onboarding process
– General virtual assistant skills to help support our growth
Skills & Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience as a remote virtual assistant
– 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
– Spreadsheet skills
– Negotiation experience
– Graveyard Shift Experience
– Great english speaking & writing (American-sounding accent preferred)
– MUST HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE COMPUTER WITH HIGH-SPEED INTERNET
Tech Experience:
