Job Description

We’re looking for a ‘go getter’ account and project manager person to help us manage and run our creative and dev projects. This role is a mix between operations management, account (client) management and project management (getting tasks to various team members and ensuring they get their stuff done).

This is a full time role we’re hiring for.

Roles and responsibilities:
– Pass client tasks from client to team
– Offer feedback from team back to client
– Be main point of contact for various (not all) projects
– Offer insights into how we can improve our own processes and selves
– Help run and manage projects so tasks are getting completed, information is getting gathered and organized, and assist in ensure projects are done with quality and properly
– Help organize internal and client documentations
– Assist on project organization, structure and task setup and delegation
– Ensure team is working on their tasks and the team is communicating properly
– Light research tasks for us to help us do outreach (you won’t have to do this yourself, just the research part to help us get going)

Requirements:
– Must have stable power and interview
– Must have web cam (and microphone)
– Fluent in English
– Have experience in handle team members, tasks, and communicating with clients
– Be able to, at part partially, work US hours
– Self starter / takes initiative on tasks
– Have operations and some light business strategy experience

You would at least know of and have used some of the technologies we use: project management tools (generic), Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Workspace, etc ….

We’re Chykalophia, a women minority owned business based out of Chicago. We work on creative projects ranging from creative data deck design (infographics), to brand and brand strategy, and focus on fully custom web development projects.

our process is usually 2-3 video interviews. We plan to hire within 2-3 weeks. This is a full time role where we’ll provide training, support and a steady onboarding process to help you work with our team of 15 creatives and nerds.
