Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing client relationships, focusing on the successful onboarding of new clients and the strategic management of their accounts. Your expertise in Local Service Ads (LSA), Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will be pivotal. This role calls for exceptional communication abilities, adept project management skills, and a commitment to delivering results that align with client goals and business objectives.
In this role, you will be the linchpin of client interaction and project oversight, responsible for the effective onboarding and comprehensive management of client accounts. This includes developing cohesive digital marketing strategies, facilitating client communication, and driving LSA, GBP, and Google Ads initiatives. You will be tasked with data analysis, providing insightful reporting, and addressing client requests, all within a framework geared towards strategic innovation and excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in team development and in fostering enduring client relationships, making you a key player in the success of our clients and our organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
Lead client account management, ensuring tailored strategies meet specific needs and budgetary guidelines.
Design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, PPC, and Google Ads, to drive campaign success.
Provide transparent, regular communication on strategy development, project milestones, and performance metrics to clients and internal teams.
Effective Client Onboarding & Relationship Building:
Streamline the onboarding process for new clients with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and a welcoming approach.
Cultivate and sustain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, underpinned by proactive problem-solving and responsive communication.
Comprehensive Management of LSA, GBP, and Google Ads:
Oversee the operational aspects of LSA, GBP, and Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to guidelines, and client satisfaction.
Conduct detailed analysis and optimization of lead management, account metrics, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Serve as a vital conduit between clients and Google, managing inquiries, concerns, and leveraging opportunities related to LSA, GBP, and Google Ads.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Ensure cohesive team efforts and seamless integration of services to meet and exceed client expectations.
Data-Driven Reporting and Insights:
Utilize analytics to generate comprehensive reports, offering actionable insights and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Regularly review and adapt strategies based on data-driven trends and client feedback.
Ad hoc and Support Roles:
Tackle additional tasks and support needs of the division, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in sales, operations, or account management, with a demonstrated focus on LSA, GBP, SEO, and PPC.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional account management results.
Strong proficiency in communication, capable of engaging effectively with executive management.
In-depth knowledge of Google tools, especially Google Sheets.
Proven ability to navigate tight deadlines and adapt to the dynamic nature of digital marketing.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer service issues.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to ethical work practices and continuous improvement.
Skilled in negotiating and persuasive communication, capable of securing client commitment and overcoming objections.
You must be a US Citizen
Must have the following: a) Own computer unit; b) Stable internet connection; and c) backup power supply.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
