The Role
We are in search of a dedicated Account Manager who excels in managing client communications and multitasking across various client accounts. Your primary role will be to serve as the liaison between clients and our project management team, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. You will attend to client meetings, drive client success, provide support, and implement actionable steps derived from client feedback and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring all client inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
*Juggle multiple client accounts, maintaining a high level of service for each without compromising quality or attention to detail.
*Facilitate and attend regular client meetings, acting as the voice of the company while gathering client feedback and objectives.
*Champion client success by monitoring account health, identifying risks, and proactively offering solutions to ensure client goals are met.
*Collaborate closely with project managers to communicate client needs, deliver on project milestones, and uphold our commitment to excellence.
*Take initiative in problem-solving and implementing action steps that align with client strategy and project goals.
Requirements
*Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
*Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
*Experience in attending and contributing to client meetings and strategy sessions.
*Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
*Forward-thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
