Account & Operations Management Virtual Assistant

Compensation: $9 Per Hour (Will Start Off With A Test Project And Depending On Performance, Will Come On A Longer Term Basis)

Time Frame: Long Term Position (Must Be Willing To Join Internally Within Our Company)

Work Time Zone:
Central Standard Time Zone (USA Time Zone)
Must Be Willing To Work Round The Clock (9 AM – 5 PM and overtime if needed)

Work Ethic:
Must be willing to work weekends

Location: Virtual (Anywhere)

Intro:
We are a social media advertising company that runs marketing campaigns for Public companies. We have over a dozen active clients that we help promote and increase investor awareness. We are looking for an Account & Operations Management Virtual Assistant to help us create new systems for client delivery, create a new client management system using Click Up, build out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and build out automations to make the client delivery process as fast and as smooth as possible. We also expect this Account & Operations Management Virtual Assistant to deal with client communications in a fast and effective manner.

Responsibilities:
– Build Out A Client Management System On Calendar
– Manage Client Deliverables & Ad Delivery
– Build Out An Ad Inventory Calendar Using Click Up
– Migrate Existing Clients Into New Client Management System
– Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes
– Analyze existing processes to make them more efficient
– Build Automations & Systems To Increase Delivery Efficiency
– Manage Client Communications Via Email
– Provide Customer Support To Our Clients

Skills and Qualifications:
– 3+ years in project management and operations management
– Proven Track Record Of Creating and building systems
– Must know industry knowledge about the finance industry
– Must have an existing portfolio of systems that you have built
– Must know how to use Clickup, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and ClickFunnels
– Proven experience with Client Management
– Strong communication skills in English and Client Management skills
– Strong English Grammer (written and spoken) to communicate to team and clients
