Your Role:
As our Account and Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, responsible for onboarding, written and verbal communications, and coordinating requirements between the clients and our internal team. This is a client-facing role that requires a balance of communication skills, technical knowledge, and project management expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage SEO campaigns or website redesign projects.
2. Oversee client onboarding, maintaining open and regular communication.
3. Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
4. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to monitor and track progress.
5. Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
1. Proven project management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar.
2. Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
3. Experience and/or familiarity with WordPress and Webflow platforms.
4. Solid understanding of various aspects of SEO such as onpage optimization and keyword research.
5. Familiarity and experience in using tools such as Asana, Tandem, Slack, Google Workspace, and Hubspot are strongly preferred.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
8. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
What We Offer:
