#Job Description
I am looking for a motivated and passionate Account Representative to join the team. We are a small but growing company and you will be reporting directly to the CEO. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be required to undertake light project management duties to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

#Key Responsibilities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
– Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and work with CEO to propose appropriate solutions
– Manage projects to ensure successful delivery of our services
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and market trends
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
– Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
– Provide regular reports to management on progress and results
– Other ad-hoc duties for the CEO (must be flexible and eager to do anything to help)

#Requirements
– Must have your own computer with a webcam, reliable internet connection, and a quiet place to work
– Ability to work night shifts (12 AM – 8 AM Philippines time)
– Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in a technology-related discipline
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the technology industry
– Proven track record of building strong client relationships
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Trustworthy and reliable
– Familiarity with Trello and Microsoft Office is a bonus

#Salary
Php 18,000 – Php 25,000 per month (commensurate with experience) and a night pay differential.
