The Role Logistics
We need support in the areas of listing setup and maintenance. Our objective is to find the right people (even if you don’t have the exact experience) and really mold them into the role while supporting them as best as we can. At SellCord, we’re all about growth!

As an Account Specialist, you will support our operation efforts under the guidance of the Client Account Managers. Your responsibilities encompass managing day-to-day operations of our clients accounts and working closely with internal departments to ensure product launches. This role is an exciting mix of virtual assistance, ops and data in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full time position with huge potential for growth with 60/90/120 day reviews to look at potential compensation increase and potential bonuses based on performance. This is an exciting role for someone looking for a place to grow their talents and hone their skills in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need
– Aiding in the management of the account and providing regular updates such as: attributes and cross-referencing listings.
– Work closely with internal departments, including the copywriting and listing creation teams, to ensure successful product launches by timely task completion.
– Onboard new accounts and manage product listing setup and maintenance processes, providing regular updates and cross-referencing listings as needed.

Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive
– You have a strong passion for the work you do.
– You have proficiency and experience with Excel.
– You are comfortable with asset management tools such as Slack, ClickUp, GSuite, Loom, Monitask.
– You display a keen interest and excitement in e-commerce. Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
– You have the ability to multitask and prioritize your time and resource management effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
– You take pride in refining your communication, both written and verbal.
– You demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling client information.
– You exhibit flexibility to adapt to changing business needs in a startup environment and take a proactive approach.
– You have a reliable computer and internet connection and can use video conferencing services such as Google Meet.
– You read and follow instructions with precision, enabling you to excel in a remote work environment.
