Position Goals: The Account Success Manager must focus on establishing powerful interpersonal relationships with clients. The primary goal is to be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Account managers must ensure a timely response to customer needs and objectives, send monthly reports, and assist with challenging client requests or escalations.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
– Onboarding of clients – sending welcome email and confirmation of subscriptions received
– Creating projects in Teamwork, profiles/entities in Signal Genesys, Vendasta, and other platforms needed for the campaign.
– Making sure that everything is communicated with the other teams to meet deadlines for different tasks.
– Checking PR status, Signal Boost reports, and Patch links
– Directly communicating with the agencies/clients regarding the projects handled
– Reviewing articles and sending them to clients for their approval
– Sending task/monthly updates to the agency
– Conduct a thorough quality check with each article and report sent to the client/agency.
– Ensuring that communication with the agencies/clients happens in a timely manner
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Wage/Salary Range: $35000 PHP monthly (+/- based on experience)
Monthly Salary Based On Experience that you can demonstrate and document
Performance bonuses start after the 90-day probationary term
• Will pay for 1st week, then on a bi-weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance
