Job Description

The purpose of the Accountability Coach position is to help drive conversion through the Real Estate Sales Team. This is accomplished by holding weekly meetings with each agent to review the current pipeline of leads. The Accountability Coach is responsible for making sure the company CRM and our Partner Platforms stay accurate and updated for all company generated clients and appointments. The Accountability Coach is responsible for identifying and escalating any/all urgent issues, coaching opportunities, potential lost business, possible liabilities etc. to Leadership.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
* Holding Weekly Coaching with Each Sales Agent on the Team
* Attending Daily Trainings and Meetings with Leadership Team
* Communication through Zoom on Daily Basis (this position is 100% fully remote)
* Maintaining the CRM
* Maintain Partner Platforms i.e. /Opcity, Zillow, Movoto/OJO etc.
* Reporting any Trends and Findings to help Push Conversion
* Maintaining Accurate Performance Reports
* Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing with training, coaching, reporting etc.
* Agent Performance related research, tasks and duties, as required

Requirements and Preferences:
* MUST have a sales background
* MUST have experience in coaching
* MUST have extensive (United States) Real Estate Background directly overseeing/supporting a large team of Agents
* Knowledge of California Real Estate is a PLUS
* MUST be able to Fluently speak, read and write in English
* Knowledge of CINC, Follow Up Boss, Zillow, Opcity and OJO platforms is a PLUS
* Mandarin or Spanish speaking is a PLUS
* MUST have working knowledge of Google Suite i.e. Gmail, Google calendar, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.
* Working Knowledge of Facebook Workplace is a PLUS
* MUST always present themselves in a professional manner at all times
* Dress Code is Mandatory – Business Attire, Professional Background

* Internet Speed: 15Mbps or higher
* Processor: At least the latest version of ICore-i3 quad core or later versions
* Memory: At least 4GB RAM
* Storage Space/Capacity: 250GB or higher
* Hard Drive: preferably SSD
* Operating System: Windows 10, Mac OS X 10.8 or later
* Quiet working environment, no background noise, clear audio
* Headset with Noise Cancellation features
