Key Responsibilities:
– Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
– Document Signing: Sign and verify financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
– VAT and Tax Management: Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other relevant authorities.
– Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
– Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
– Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national financial regulations and company policies.
– Corporate Accounting: Assist with corporate financial matters, including the preparation of corporate tax returns and financial statements.
– Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual audit process.
– Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.???
