Position: **Full-Time Accountant (Remote)**
**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and driven to improve every day.
**Responsibilities:**
**Day-to-Day Work:**
– Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
– Manage financial transactions and reconciliations.
– Collaborate with our CFO and cross-functional teams to support financial goals.
– Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
**Acquisition Due Diligence:**
– Verify cash in the financials against bank statements.
– Trend PL and balance sheets by GL account with commentary.
– Create PL adjustment schedules.
– Compile listings of debt and debt-like items.
**Compensation package:**
The salary range for this position is $5 – $8 per hour, aside from performance bonuses. Upon the completion of each transaction, if your contribution has been substantial, you can expect an extract bonus on top of your performance bonus.
