TVM Inc. is looking for a very sharp individual to join our finance & accounting team. To fit in our small team you need the following:
– Excellent English, both written & oral
– Extreme attention to detail
– God-level spreadsheet skills
– Formal education & direct experience in accounting & bookkeeping
– Familiarity with Quickbooks and/or Xero
– Be a workaholic & available to work long hours
We have a long-term accountant on our team who is an absolute beast & has helped develop our spreadsheet-based ERP/financial reporting system for eCommerce sellers. Our system is extremely data heavy, but creates a level of granularity that is simply impossible with mainstream accounting programs such as QB or Xero (though it does interface with those programs for certain data pulls such as banking).
Our financial reporting system was developed for our own eCommerce business, and we are now beginning to offer our system to other eCommerce sellers. This expands our workload considerably, which is why we are looking for a versatile financial professional to assist us with scaling our systems.

Do NOT apply if you need lots of instruction and hand-holding. The learning curve for our specialized systems will be steep, and you will be expected to learn & begin contributing very quickly.
