Accountant, Bookkeeper Real Estate

What you will do:
– Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Prepare financial statements and reports
– Assist with implementation and maintenance of accounting systems
– Assist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation
– Regular communication with clients

What we need:
– Experience as a controller is a very important asset
– At least 6-10 years of prior experience in managing accounting
– Ideally, significant experience in managing processes for a large organization
– Real estate experience is a plus
– Strong knowledge of accounting process
– Strong knowledge of VAT systems
– Filipino CPA an asset, but not necessary
– Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
– Most be highly motivated and dependable
– Reliable and fast Internet connection, with strong home computer
– Stable home and family situation, with a dedicated quiet place to work at daily
