This is a manager position. We want you to recruit our remote Ph bookkeeping team.

We need someone to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping operations, so we can focus on growing the company.
We work exclusively with UK businesses on Xero and FreeAgent platforms.

JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for making sure that all the bookkeeping work we do is top-notch.
You’ll lead and mentor a growing team of bookkeepers.
We’ll provide extensive training.
Main Responsibilities:
– Onboarding New Clients
– Bookkeeping and Client Account Manager
– Scheduling work in our CRM
– Leadership
– Bookkeeping quality
– Reviewing reports
– Recruiting & training the team.
– Communicating with the rest of our Team a fantastic bunch of Accountants & Business Financial Coaches.
– Developing processes
