Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous individual with a robust background in accounting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience and understanding of Buildium and Appfolio software platforms, enabling efficient management of financial operations remotely.
Responsibilities:
Supervise financial operations utilizing Buildium and Appfolio software.
Maintain precise financial records and generate reports.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial audits and oversee tax preparation.
Collaborate with teams to streamline financial processes and optimize system utilization.
Offer guidance and support for financial decision-making.
Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement solutions within Buildium and Appfolio platforms.
Stay abreast of industry trends and software advancements to enhance financial procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience working with Buildium and Appfolio software.
