OFFER RATE: PHP 238.095 per hour -Negotiable

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst passionate about financial modeling and helping businesses grow and an accountant skilled in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCIAL ANALYST
-Perform Detailed Financial Analysis. Conduct detailed financial analysis including revenue, costs, and cash flow.
-Perform Financial Forecasting and Modeling. Assist in financial forecasting and modeling. (Especially cashflow.)
-Help Produce Budgets. Assist in producing budgets.
-Generate Detailed and Insightful Reports. Generate comprehensive reports highlighting financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

BOOKKEEPER
-Manage Daily Transactions. Manage daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
-Perform Monthly Reconciliations. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and manage accounts receivable/payable.
-Prepare Monthly Financial Reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in FINANCIAL ANALYSIS. Strong analytical ability. Whiz in building models in excel.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of BOOKKEEPING experience, with a thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting principles. Preferably an accountant who loves the bookkeeping aspect, though not necessarily interested or experienced in financial analysis.

EDUCATION: Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
-Strong skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
-Familiarity with additional accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis software is a plus.

AVAILABILITY: Ability to overlap with U.S. hours—on occasion but not often. (Quality of life for the candidate is very important to the client, as well as candidates working at the most optimum time for them. Overlap time will be kept to a minimum.)

BIG PLUS: Familiarity with US Federal Taxation (possibly through experience filing business taxes in the US)

-Candidates May Undergo Assessment. Candidates might be subjected to practical assessments to demonstrate proficiency in their field and with tools.
-Candidates May Undergo Two Interviews. Shortlisted candidates should be prepared for at least one interview, potentially including a technical interview to assess specific financial knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
