Accountant needed

We are currently seeking a skilled business accountant to join our team. This position is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our agency and ensuring the accuracy of our records, particularly when it comes to tracking our sales activities. We are looking for an individual who can meticulously record every sale and commission earned within our business, providing us with essential insights into our financial performance.

In addition to managing financial transactions, the selected accountant will also play a vital role in generating and distributing reports to our employees. These reports, which may be required on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, are crucial in helping our team stay informed and make well-informed decisions.

Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets is a mandatory qualification for this role. The successful candidate must excel in using Google Spreadsheets to ensure efficient collaboration and data management within our organization. To fulfill this requirement, the chosen applicant should possess the following skills:

Advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, demonstrating the ability to work with complex data.
Extensive experience in utilizing Google Sheets functions, formulas, and data visualization tools effectively.
Proven track record of using Google Spreadsheets in a professional capacity, preferably in financial tracking and reporting.
The position we have available is a ‘Full-time’ role, with working hours from 10 AM EST to 6 PM EST. We value the dedication and hard work of our team members, and to compensate fairly, we are offering an initial pay rate of $4 USD per hour. Payments will be made weekly via PayPal, and we will cover all associated transaction fees.
