About Us:
We are Her Majesty Marketing and Monarch Media, innovative LLCs specializing in affiliate marketing services and call brokerage for insurances, respectively. Our mission is to drive growth through efficiency and technology. We’re seeking an experienced Accounting/Operations Manager to join our exciting team and play a crucial role in our operational and financial management. Both are startups, but this role is crucial. The applicant will become my “Right hand man” in making sure the numbers are correct, and we are organized. We are all in the United States, and are used to working with great partners in the Philippines.
Role Overview:
The Accounting/Operations Manager will oversee financial and operational processes across both companies, ensuring financial health and streamlined operations. This role includes managing cash flow, automating accounting processes, handling payroll, and maintaining meticulous documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cash flow, payroll, and expense tracking for both LLCs.
• Automate QuickBooks for efficient financial operations.
• Handle invoice generation and ensure prompt client payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance across business operations.
• Analyze reports from external platforms, such as Ringba, and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain organized operational systems and processes on platforms like and Slack.
• Engage with clients for payment information and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is crucial for managing financial data and reports effectively.
• Maintain P & L balance sheet
• Tracking incoming and outgoing wires, and be able to send payments.
Requirements:
• Solid accounting background with expertise in QuickBooks and financial automation.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with balance sheets, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with , Slack, Ringba, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in English.
• Background in tax accounting preferred; CPA certification highly desirable.
• Exceptional operational management and payment handling abilities.
• MUST be able to work US HOURS
• Understands a good portion of Tax requirements and payment requirements of the United States.
Compensation:
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week starting at $900 per month. (We are very good about growing salary as we grow)
