Position: Accountant – Specializing in Tax, Advisory, and Financial Reporting
Your Role:
Elevate Financial Compliance: Seamlessly manage financial compliance, data entry, and bookkeeping duties, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Precise Financial Records: Maintain impeccable financial records for a diverse range of entities, ensuring clarity and precision in all financial documentation.
Collaborative Reporting: Engage in collaborative financial reporting tasks, where your insights and expertise will drive informed decision-making.
Expert Advisory Services: Provide invaluable assistance in advisory services, leveraging your expertise to guide clients towards financial success.
Strategic Budgeting: Play a pivotal role in budgeting and cash flow management strategies, contributing to the financial health of our clients.
Client Liaison: Act as a trusted liaison, fostering strong relationships with clients, external consultants, and authorities, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
Requirements to Excel:
Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, showcasing your commitment to excellence. Be a Certified Public Accountant or similar.
Experience: Demonstrate at least 5 years of hands-on experience, highlighting your proficiency in navigating complex financial landscapes. Ideally in a BPO / outsource environment dealing with Australian Tax and Accounting firms, with five years tax experience.
Technical Proficiency: Exhibit mastery in data entry and financial record maintenance, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and ensure accuracy. Have strong Xero, Class, BGL, CAS skills. Be able to generate financial statements, tax returns and tax computations.
Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Tech Savvy: Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software, demonstrating your ability to leverage technology for optimal results.
Working hours: 9AM to 6PM AEDT or subject to discussion
