Accountant / US Taxes / Invoicing

A Michigan real estate investment and property management firm is looking for a top accountant to join our team. We are looking for someone that embodies professionalism and extreme ownership.

This position will be exciting and challenging. We need someone who can handle everything from, the day to day such as pushing out invoices, and managing A/R, to the big picture stuff, such as Annual tax filings and financial modeling.

Responsibilities:
– A/R
– A/P
– Invoicing
– Bookkeeping for multiple entities
– Bank Reconciliations
– Quarterly Tax Filings with multiple government agencies
– Annual Tax Filings
– Financial reporting

Qualifications:

– Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication.
– Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System.
– Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Detail and deadline-oriented
– Previous experience with US Taxes, Real Estate, Bookkeeping, Quickbooks etc.
