Essential Functions and Responsibilities: The duties described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.

Run P&L Reports
Input expenses into Quickbooks
Set up GC contractor package
Set up vendor payment (prices and description)
Request for photos, create tracking of payments and send updates to GCs when needed
Set up change orders and inquire for status
Set up weekly inspection dates
Process draw requests
Request for lien release
Set due for re-inspections including follow up and other requests/reminders
Set up utilities & update billing or invoices for utilities
Send monthly water billing
Update vendor tracker and accounts when needed
Update final punch walk and send pending items when needed

Requirements / Experience:
• Stable Internet Connection is a must
• Minimum 2 + years of continuous real estate experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Be a team player with outstanding customer service skills
• Understanding the importance of relationships and leads and that both are treated like gold
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
